30-Day Performance Guarantee

We're so confident in the science behind Claritech that we back every system with a performance guarantee. If it doesn't work as promised, neither do you pay full price to find out.

Our Promise

Claritech water purification systems are engineered to deliver crystal-clear, chemical-free water — or we'll refund you. If your system is correctly installed and operated according to our instructions, and your water does not remain clear within 30 days, we will issue a full refund with no restocking fee.

How the Guarantee Works

Scenario 1 — The system doesn't perform as promised

If you have followed the installation guide and operating instructions, and the system has failed to keep your water clear, you are entitled to a full refund — no restocking fee, no questions asked. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with a brief description of the issue and we'll arrange your return.

Scenario 2 — Change of mind after installation

If the system has been installed and the copper-silver electrodes have been activated, but you wish to return it due to a change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of the used electrodes and system reprocessing.

Scenario 3 — Uninstalled return

If the unit has not been installed and is returned in its original condition within 30 days, a full refund will be issued with no restocking fee.

Return Conditions (All Scenarios)

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The unit must be securely packaged in its original or equivalent packaging — Claritech cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by inadequate packaging
  • A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained before sending any return — please contact us first
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked and insured courier service, as Claritech cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit

Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply where:

  • The system was not installed or operated in accordance with the provided instructions
  • Damage has been caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or use of incompatible chemicals
  • The return is initiated after the 30-day window
  • No Return Authorisation (RA) number was obtained prior to return

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
