Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all components included. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at sales@claritech.nz Do not send your item back without first receiving return authorisation — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns are sent to: Room 502, Building 2, Xinghua Science and Technology Industrial Park, No. 58, Second Street, Zhengzhou District (Jingkai District), Henan Free Trade Zone, China.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: items that have been installed or used, items missing original packaging or components, and items purchased on sale or as gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact sales@claritech.nz
