Free Shipping to NZ & Australia We offer free shipping on all orders to New Zealand and Australia. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre and delivered directly to your door.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders outside of New Zealand and Australia are charged a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 5–10 days
- Australia & Pacific: 5–10 days
- USA, UK & Europe: 3–6 weeks
- Rest of World: 4–6 weeks

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
